The New ProGlove Mark 2 with Bluetooth and Extended Scan Range enables workers who scan thousands of items each shift to save 4 seconds on each scan. ProGloves user-centric design makes them an ideal choice for use in environments in which every second counts. That includes production and manufacturing as well as logistics and packaging of goods. This state of the art smart wearable connects the human workforce to the IIoT, giving them a decisive edge by strengthening their role in the digitized Industry 4.0. The ergonomic design and plug and play approach keep the barriers for users extremely low. No competitive product reaches a comparable degree of integration. These smart Hands-Free wearable barcode scanners save time, increase quality and worker efficiency in your facility.
ProGlove has 3 different wearables to choose from, the Standard Glove, Longlife/Palm Trigger, or the Index Trigger. It is the smallest and lightest wearable scanner which features optic, haptic, and acoustic feedback functions and has a shift long battery life.
The ProGlove MARK 2 can be connected to other devices such as tablets, smartwatches or wearable terminals via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Additionally, the module offers an extended scan range of up to 150 cm. This makes it an ideal choice for picking, palletizing or working at packing stations. Because of the adjustable feedback options including acoustic signals, vibration and LEDs on the back of the hand – users no longer have to constantly check process steps on a control monitor. Other benefits of MARK 2 include:
- Support of 1D and 2D barcodes
- Optimized for high frequency scanning
- Extended battery life of up to 15 h
- Compatible with all ProGlove wearables and the Access Point One S
